Are the handbags new or used?
Most of our handbags are brand new but some are vintage. Each pre-owned handbag is clearly described as vintage in the "item details" section. A vintage handbag may have seen prior use and there may be slight signs of wear. However each handbag is chosen for it's individual qualities that make it distinctive.
Custom and personalized orders
If you would like a personalized ARTful handbag, please contact me via email and describe what you are looking for. We can discuss and come up with a plan.
Care instructions
We use quality leather paint and varnish that won't crack or fade. If your handbag gets soiled, wipe clean with damp cloth. Do not submerge.

Sizes are provided under details on each listing. They do not include straps or handles, just the size of the bag itself.
